Let’s say you are after an average bathroom, of average size and quality. The 2014 HIA Western Australian Kitchens and Bathrooms survey found that the average value for a bathroom renovation was $15,122.
Naturally if you want better then average and have high standards you would want to be allowing more then that. And if you want the “Wow” factor you should be allowing even more.
Below should give you some idea of what we charge for our QUALITY, all-inclusive bathroom renovations for a small bathroom (1.8×2.4):
Basic renovation: $11K to $16K
Designer/long-term renovation: $16K to $24K
Re-design/new layout: add approximately $1K to $4K
Medium size bathroom: add $1K to $3K to above prices
Large size bathroom: Add $2K to $4K to above prices
Large size, magazine worthy, award winning bathrooms: $25K to $50K
Our average customer spend $18k – $25k
